About the Text Twist Solver

The Text Twist Solver clears a stubborn round in seconds. Enter the scrambled letters you have been given and it finds every valid word from three letters up to the full length, grouping them by size so you can fill in each slot on the board. Best of all, it highlights the bonus words that use all of your letters — the ones you need to advance to the next round.

Text Twist and its many clones reward you for finding longer words, and especially for spotting the word that uses every tile. Instead of shuffling letters over and over, you get an organised list that mirrors the game's own layout, so it is easy to see which lengths you still need and which words to enter first.

It is completely free, works instantly in your browser on any device, and needs no sign-up. Use it to beat a timed round, unlock the next level, or simply learn the words you keep missing.

How to use the Text Twist Solver

  1. 1

    Enter your tiles

Type the scrambled letters from the round — usually six or seven. Order does not matter.

  2. 2

    Solve the round

Press solve and the tool finds every valid word from three letters up to the full length of your tiles.

  3. 3

    Fill each length

Words are grouped by length to match the game board, so you can complete each row in turn.

  4. 4

    Play the bonus word

The full-length bonus words are highlighted and marked with a star — enter one to clear the round.

Why the bonus word matters

In most Text Twist rounds you can only advance by finding at least one word that uses every letter you were given. These are the bonus words, and they are often the hardest to spot under time pressure. The solver highlights them with a star and places them in their own length group at the top of the results, so the word you actually need is impossible to miss.

Some rounds have more than one full-length word. The solver lists all of them, giving you a choice and a safety net if one does not register. Once you clear the bonus, you can go back and fill in the shorter words to boost your score.

Filling every length on the board

Text Twist boards have a slot for each word length, and your score climbs as you complete them. Because the solver groups results by length, you can work systematically: find your three-letter words, then four, and so on up to the bonus. This mirrors the game's layout and makes it easy to see exactly which lengths you are still missing.

Each word is also scored, so if your version rewards higher-value letters you can prioritise the words worth the most points. Tap any word to copy it, ready to type into the round.

Sharpening your own skills

Beyond clearing a level, the solver is a great teacher. Reviewing the words you missed — especially the bonus word — trains you to recognise common letter patterns and endings, so you find full-length words faster on your own. Anagram-style games reward pattern recognition, and a little study goes a long way.

Try solving the round yourself first, then use the tool to check what you missed. Over time you will lean on it less and clear rounds unaided.
