How Scrabble scoring works
Every letter in Scrabble carries a point value, from common one-point tiles like E, A and R to the ten-point Q and Z. The Scrabble Helper adds these values for each word it finds and ranks the list highest-first, so the play with the most raw tile points is always at the top. Remember that board multipliers โ double and triple letter and word squares โ can change which word scores best in practice, so treat the ranking as your shortlist and pick the word that lands on the best squares.
Because blanks score zero points, a word built with a blank may rank lower here even when it is the smartest play. The helper still shows it, so you can weigh a safe blank play against a riskier high-value one.
